Title	Federal City College Presidents -- Dr. Harland Randolph, Second President of FCC
Description	Harland Randolph (1929-2007) was the second president of Federal City College, He served from 1969 through 1972. He received his BA from Ohio State University in 1955 and his Ph.D from Ohio State University in Research Conditions and Social Psychology in 1968. Prior to working at FCC, Dr. Randolph was Deputy Director of the Office of Equal Health Opportunity in Public Health Science. He joined FCC in 1967 as Vice president for Planning and Development. He served during a tumultuous time, with student protests, members of Congress questioning the school’s reputation, and faculty concerns about improving the curriculum.
