The Bulletin is expected to appear. from time to time, as occasion shall de- mand.    It is designed to tell of the work of Atlanta University—what is now being done and what needs to be done.     It is sent to friends of the institution in the  North and the South and to its graduates. A careful reading of these pages is earnestly invited. The growth of any institution depends largely upon the extent and the minuteness of the information which it lays before its friends concerning itself. Each of these columns has its story to tell. If the reader shall not only be interested thereby but led also to co-operate with the University in perpetuating and enlarging its usefulness, a happy result will have been attained. !
